No this will not work for the 2022 WRX.

What all is included with this item?

Just the armrest extension. You will reuse the OEM hardware for installation.

Can i use the nice arm rest that came with my sti andor do i have to use the arm rest thats on the picture of this kit?

This replaces the OEM Armrest.You may be to exchange the pads on the top if you are referring to an alcantara type pad.

When your elbow needs support, this is the go too!

I had one of these in my previous 2015 STI limited. I wished I removed it before it got totaled out! My current 2016 has the basic cloth padded one that has since cracked, cannot wait to enjoy this with better leverage on the shifter and not having to worry about being uncomfortable again! If you appreciate your driving experience and want to be comfy, YOU ABSOLUTELY NEED THIS! And always subie mods is Great at all things!

Perfect Fit and comfortable

I bought this arm rest for my husband for Christmas for his 2019 WRX. I wasn’t sure if I ordered the right one and emailed Subimods. They got back to me right away to confirm it was correct. My husband said it was a perfect fit and easy to install. He is very happy with it because there is nothing to rest your arm on with the stock console cover.
