Cancellation policy

Once you have submitted an order on Subimods.com we assume that you have reviewed each and every item on the order to ensure compatibility with your specific application and that all personal details are accurate and complete. Furthermore, we assume that you have reviewed the stock status of each item which is present on the product page directly above the “Add to Cart” button. 

Our website displays two inventory statuses; “X left in stock: Usually ships within 1-2 Business Days” the “X” being defined as the units believed to be available at that given time and the second status “Ships Directly From Manufacturer – Delivery Times Vary”. Please review each bullet point below carefully as the cancelation process for each individual status are noted below. 

“X” left in stock: Usually ships within 1-2 Business Days: This status denotes that the item is believed to be available for immediate fulfillment and as a result, our system will process your order automatically upon receipt. No cancelations will be accepted for any item(s) on which this status is displayed. We will not be able to make adjustments to addresses or any personal information once the order has been submitted. Should you need to make adjustments to personal information such as address details, recipient information or contact information additional charges may apply based on the fulfillment status of the order in accordance with the shipping carrier policies. 

Ships Directly From Manufacturer – Delivery Times Vary: This status denotes that we do not have a live (immediately accessible) inventory status for the product in question and the item in question is not present in a Subimods owned and operated facility. As a result, your order will be dispatched to the fulfillment provider for the manufacturer in question or the manufacturer for the item in question directly and a confirmation sent to the email address on file detailing the expected shipping date from the facility in question. If the item (s) in question displayed this status when the order was placed,  you can request to cancel the order up until the point that a tracking number has been generated for the item (s) in question. To do so please email [email protected] with your order number, full name, email address used when you placed the order and the item (s) you wish to have canceled.
