Meet Our Team

The Subimods Team consists of a unique group of automotive enthusiasts, modification experts, and experienced creatives who combine their individual backgrounds, skill sets, talents, and passions to educate, serve, and support the ever expanding and dedicated community of Subaru drivers around the globe. The Subimods Mission is to Advance Beyond the Stars by practicing a daily exercise to possess the ability to Approach, Embrace, Understand, and Commit to all of those we serve and encounter in our professional communications and interactions while representing the Subimods organization.

INSPIRATION TO JOIN SUBIMODS: Ever since I saw Ken Block’s Gymkhana, I've wanted a Subaru. Having multiple now, I can say this is a great community, and I’ve surrounded myself with it in every way possible since it brings me so much joy.

PERSONAL INTERESTS & PASSIONS: “I don’t love working on my cars, but I do love using them for their actual purpose, Rally X and hill climbing!  Aside from car stuff I love going to Metal/Death Core concerts!”

INSPIRATION TO JOIN SUBIMODS: “Early in 2025 I was feeling major burnout and disappointment in my legal career that I had worked so hard to build for 10 years, all of a sudden I was able to snag a role that blended what I already knew and what I wished I could do. For my entire life I have been raised around cars and extreme sports. So it’s safe to say passion and familiarity is my driving force.”

THE BIGGEST CHALLENGE I HAVE FACED AS A CAR ENTHUSIAST: "I think the amount of money that can/ has to be spent in order to get what we want is #1 BUT I would say not knowing all the ins and outs of how to build a car properly or feeling the limitations of the same at a huge part for me. Luckily I have the support and help of good friends and family that have my back."

INSPIRATION TO JOIN SUBIMODS:  “As a massive Subaru fan myself as well as being local to Subimods, you can see how this may have peaked my interests. Nick, Steve, and the team at Subimods have always been friends from the Subi events seasons over the years. Subimods was looking for an in-house media associate and this offered myself a door into the industry I am passionate about!”

THE BIGGEST CHALLENGE I HAVE FACED AS A CAR ENTHUSIAST: “Firstly, my introduction into the car world came naturally. Being the kid who needed a bigger windowsill to fit his hot wheels cars. From hot wheels came go karts, from go karts came cars. I have always been surrounded with fellow gear heads just like my father. I would say the most “challenging” part of my automotive journey was picking a chassis. From 16 to 24 I have owned 15+ cars and wish I kept every single one.”

FONDEST MEMORY WORKING AT SUBIMODS: “Undoubtedly the introduction to our team dynamic. I was welcomed with open arms into our team. Subimods truly is a great group of like minded individuals all working to reach the same goal, and that goal is supplying other enthusiasts with the parts they need to complete their dream builds!”

PERSONAL INTERESTS & PASSIONS: “I have always found myself with a camera or a wrench in my hands since I was young. Digital media and working on cars have always been my hobbies, and I am lucky enough to spend my workdays doing the things I love to do! Other than cameras and wrenching, I do partake in the occasional track day and RallyX when I’m not out photographing them!”

FAVORITE MODEL/YEAR SUBARU: “Easy answer here, the 1993-2001 Subaru Impreza. I have owned multiple and can’t seem to get away!”
