Enhance your driving experience by installing the PERRIN Clutch Delay Valve Delete. This simple yet powerful upgrade removes the OEM clutch delay valve to improve the feel of your clutch engagement during normal and aggressive driving!

The OEM delay valve causes inconsistent clutch engagement and unintended clutch slipping during aggressive driving. The PERRIN Clutch Delay Valve Delete optimizes the feel of your clutch engagement by removing the OEM delay valve in the clutch slave cylinder. Unlike outdated methods that involve gutting the OEM valve and leaving behind a leftover cavity with small holes and a sleeve that blocks the bleeder valve, the PERRIN Clutch Delay Valve Delete offers a smooth, flat surface to ensure easy access to the bleeder ports, making clutch bleeding simple.

The OEM clutch delay is designed to slow clutch engagement during operation. In aggressive driving scenarios such as fast shifts or launches, this can result in unwanted clutch slipping, causing premature wear on the clutch and reduced power transfer through the drivetrain.

Huge difference!

Wow what a change something so seemingly simple can make. I was always skeptical about it but after going fbo and upgrading the clutch it seemed the delay valve issue was magnified. I threw this in my sti and man does it feel great. Catch point is positive and consistent and it took care of the choppy engagement of the clutch masters clutch. I believe this would still make a huge difference even on a completely stock car.

Great little mod

The stock clutch feel leaves a lot to be desired so I added this mod plus SS clutch lines and wow it’s noticeable and makes the car more enjoyable.
