DETAILS

The OEM Subaru turbo oil feed line is a known weak point that can be easily damaged when removing or installing a turbo. The IAG stainless steel AVCS and turbo line kit is a bullet proof solution that allows removal and installation of the turbo without purchasing a new OEM hard line. Our line kit is easily installed and does not require removal of the intake manifold or crossover pipe. The banjo fittings are made from steel and coated in zinc for corrosion resistance. The braided lines are suited for a high temperature environment and feature a teflon coated inner liner.

Application Help

  • Part# IAG-ENG-2070 is the standard kit that is used on the majority of stock location turbo cars. It uses a 10mm banjo fitting that bolts to the turbo oil feed port. This kit will work with any non-ball bearing turbo that utilizes a 10mm banjo style oil feed. If your application requires a different oil feed fitting, you can simply unscrew the banjo and you will have a female -4 AN to which you can connect the fitting of your choice.

Optional Fittings:

These fittings are not required for installation unless they are stripped, missing or clogged.

  • Part# 15194AA110 OEM Turbo Oil Restrictor Fitting (At Turbocharger)
  • Part# 14445AA090 AVCS Filter Fitting (Filters the oil before entering the AVCS controller and Cam Gear)
  • Part# 15194AA270 Cylinder Head Oil Fitting

Clean and simple

I will start by saying I installed this oil feed with the entire intake manifold off, so it took me only 15 minutes at most. The flexibility will make any future turbo work a breeze, and it helps to remove potential leak points due to cracked hardlines.

Just remember that there is a thicker crush washer that goes between the banjo and the block to give clearance to the -AN fitting. Also, make sure that a flat side of the -AN fitting is parallel to the block when torquing the banjo bolt. I would've liked to see a little more clearance to the block but you will be fine if you follow instructions.

Maksymilian,

Thank you for your 5 Star Review of the IAG Turbo Oil Feed and AVCS Line. Clean and simple install always makes future work easier.

Easy upgrade while installing new turbo

Another great product by IAG. Super easy to install while adding new turbo. Old line under the manifold can be a pain to remove. There's one 10mm bolt in a bracket holding it down to the block and I ended up cutting the line in 3 places to remove it (2005 OBXT) - for anyone else wondering how to get it out.

Austin,

Thank you for your 5 Star Review of the IAG Turbo Oil Feed and AVCS Line. That removal process can be tough but it sounds like you handled it well great upgrade during a turbo swap.

Must buy

With OEM lines being so small and brittle it's great to replace. Pretty hard to install with everything in the car but extremely easy with the motor out.

Nate,

Thank you for your 5 Star Review! The IAG Turbo Oil Feed & AVCS Line is such a solid upgrade over the brittle OEM lines. Great note about the install — definitely easier with the engine out!
