Standard Return Policy
Unless otherwise indicated products sold by Subimods.com are covered under the Standard Return Policy. Our Standard Return Policy requires the buyer to complete an RMA (Return Authorization Number) request within 30 days from the invoice date. To complete request an RMA log into your account by clicking HERE. Once logged into your account you will see the "RMA" link listed in your account menu options. Simply complete the required fields and submit your request. If your order is over 30 days, it will not appear on the RMA request page and will not be eligible for an RMA. If you placed your order as a guest please email "firstname.lastname@example.org" and a customer service representative will work with you to create an RMA.
For an item to be covered under our Standard Return Policy it must be in new unused condition with any and all packaging intact. Under the Standard Return Policy original and return shipping charges are strictly nonrefundable, and will not be credited in any way. Failure to comply with our terms and conditions will result in delayed and or refused return processing. Items that have been damaged in shipment, are plagued with a manufacturing defect or warranty replacement are not covered under the Standard Return Policy and must be handled individually by a member of our Customer Support Team (See Warranty Policy). Please also take note that items covered under the standard return policy are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless otherwise noted. Gift Cards are non-returnable.
Open Box / Overstock Item Return Policy
Items listed as Open Box or Overstock are considered sold as is, all sales are considered final and therefore no credits, returns or refunds will be issued. While all considered to be in working condition these items may have certain physical defects such as (but not limited to) dents, dings, scratches and or any other superficial defect. Should any product purchased under the Open Box / Overstock Item Return Policy prove to be defective at any point the buyers assume responsibility for any and all charges related to servicing or repairs. Furthermore, the buyer agrees that it will not hold Subimods LLC or the manufacturer responsible for said charges.
Special Order Return Policy
Subimods.com has access to hundreds of thousands of aftermarket parts from over 100+ manufacturers. In some cases, these items are considered special order and are specifically ordered in for the buyer on a case-by-case basis. As a result, items that fall under the Special Order Return Policy are not eligible for any refund, credit or exchange. Special order items require a 50% (nonrefundable) deposit, should the buyer choose to cancel the order at any point Subimods.com will not refund the deposit. The buyer assumes that any and all items ordered under the Special Order Return Policy will fit their vehicle and will fit there needs.
Once a member of our team has processed your return the system will automatically refund your original form of payment, you will see the refund appear on your statement in 1-5 business days depending on your banks' practices. If the buyer does, however, wish to instead have the refund issued as store credit a member of our Customer Support Team can make this change. Product refunds will only be issued if the returned merchandise is in the condition that was agreed upon when the RMA number was issued. Please also take note that items covered under the standard return policy are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless otherwise noted.
On occasion packages are returned as “undeliverable”. In such cases, we will issue a full refund (minus the shipping charges). We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our Web site. If you suspect your order cannot be delivered, and you have not received confirmation of its return or a refund, please contact us.
